Microsoft Power Virtual Agent is now generally available, allowing for users to create powerful chatbots using a guided, no-code graphical interface, without the need for data scientist or developers.

Dynamics 365 Customer Service 

A new Dynamics 365 Customer Service digital messaging offering has been released, enhancing and unifying the core capabilities of omnichannel features 

The global state of customer service report has been released with 90 per cent of more than 5,000 respondents agreeing that customer service is important to their choice of and loyalty to a brand.  

Customer Data Platform 

Microsoft customer data platform: how it is helping organisations overcome data silos and leverage artificial intelligence to guide decisions and empower organisations to take meaningful actions from their business.  



Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and more 

In October, Microsoft introduced over 400 new capabilities with the 2019 wave 2 release, and at Microsoft Ignite 2019, they announced a further round of updates across RPA, enhanced security, no-code virtual agents, and more for Microsoft Power Platform

Power Automate 

Microsoft Power Automate is at the core of a new payroll automation tool created by Microsoft Finance Operations. End-users within the organization used Power Automate and other components of the Power Platform and Office 365 to design a no-code solution to quickly and easily automate off-cycle payroll processing requests. AI & Mixed Reality 

HoloLens 2 is now available, with breakthroughs in hardware design, AI, and mixed reality.
