IT Operations Administrator (Full time or Part time)
A new and exciting opportunity has become available within the Technical Services Team for an IT Operations Administrator. Working as part of the Technical Services team you will be working in a fast-paced environment, supporting a variety of Microsoft Technologies.
In the role you will be responsible for defining, developing, implementing and maintaining a wide range of services to support business systems and processes; including but not limited to: Office 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams, Yammer and SharePoint. The role centres around ensuring that the business and projects can communicate and collaborate effectively.
To be successful in this role, you must have proven technical knowledge of the above along with practical experience of PowerShell against Microsoft/Azure services. Really important also, is technical knowledge of Exchange Online, including mailboxes, groups, resources, email encryption, signatures, mail flow and support of e-mail clients including Outlook.
Excellent communication, documentation and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a small team is essential, along with the willingness to support all areas of the business and troubleshoot complex issues and investigate solutions.
